WHAT IF


What if
What if time didn't fly
And humans didn't lie
And tears didn't only come when I cry

What if 
What if pink was blue
And purple was a shoe
And no one had a clue

What if
What if jokes didn't have to be an excuse 
And I could freely tell you the truth
And I didn't have to fear self abuse

What if
What if reality wasn't tangible
And gravity wasnt so reliable
And falling was understandable

What if
What if I let me run on an autumn breeze
And in the summer my heart didn't have to freeze
And my worries in the stars finally release
